Finalised roofing work & Accountant charges

I received a phone call yesterday from DB who informed me that Bob Stone has completed the outstanding works and replaced the stone with reclaimed York stone as agreed.

I shall be paying the o/s 10% this week.

As part of the package of Annual Accounts, I also received the invoice for the accountant's time.   This came to £200 and this includes the work done in 2003 and 2004 for financial years 2002 and 2003.   This is as per the estimate which was £125 for the first year and significantly less for subsequent years as the first year involved replicating the format of the accounts.

I shall be paying this next week.   I believe it represents very fair value as the accountant will have spent well over a day working on them this year alone.
