Payments & Insurance
I paid the accountant (£200) and the balance for the roof (c£514) this weekend.
Our current broker is being quiet and it looks like we may have to move from Zurich cover back to Norwich Union. Either way the total should come in under £900 (which is less than we were initially paying in 2002 I believe) with the added benefit of the NU policy having NO excess other than for Subsidence. I feel this is quite a significant issue as the excess for nearly everything usually is £100 minimum.
Terrorist cover is an optional extra and I was not intending on covering us for this.
If anyone has any queries or would like to remove/add things to the insurance schedule please let me know asap.
