More Companies House Updates

Two more returns were filed last night.   A Return of Allotted shares (Form 88/2) and a Form 288(b).

This completes the year's returns and means we are as up to date as I could imagine we would want to be.

Online (web) filing was used for this and despite a couple of glitches was fairly straight forward and more efficient than paper based forms.
