Not wishing to start a rumour mill...
But, it may be the case that Flat 3 is going up for sale or rent in the short to medium term.
I thought I should let you know in case you see a sign go up and wonder where it's for.
Of course, For Sale/To Let signs are not to be displayed in The Crescent under the conditions of the general covenant covering the place so it will probably go in the window somewhere!
Of course, as a company, we could always buy the flat between us and own it corporately, possibly renting it out to corporate clients/visitors to the town... anyone?
